We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing team and help ensure that every shipment is backed by accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes. 

What you’ll do

• Manage and verify customer invoices in accordance with internal procedures and client agreements.

• Ensure accuracy of billing data, rates, and supporting documentation.

• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and accounting teams to solve discrepancies and optimize the billing flow.

• Maintain organized financial records and support monthly closing and reporting activities.

• Contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives within the Finance department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;

• Knowledge of billing/financial routines and issuance of service invoices;

• Ability to manage deadlines and limits;

• Autonomy with responsibility;

• Organized and analytical profile;

• Knowledge of Excel;

• Good communication skills;

• Proactivity;

• Organized and analytical profile;

• Intermediate English.
